1to1000 is an AI-powered real estate ecosystem designed to eliminate “search fatigue” by replacing traditional filters with a high intent matching algorithm. Often described as the “Tinder for Property,” the app creates a seamless, gesture based bridge between landlords, renters, buyers, and realtors. At Delbueno Studio, our challenge was to translate this ambitious multi persona vision into a cohesive MVP for both iOS and Android. By balancing the minimalist, swipe to match experience for seekers with high density data dashboards for real estate professionals, we delivered a cross platform solution that prioritizes compatibility over quantity, resulting in a 40% faster path from first click to physical viewing.

Challenges

The primary hurdle during the MVP development was User Fragmentation. We weren’t just building one app; we were building four distinct experiences under one roof.
