The goal of this project was to elevate the digital presence of the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in the Uruguayan market. We wanted to move away from static, spec heavy automotive pages and toward a high end, cinematic experience that mirrors the vehicle’s blend of rugged capability and hybrid efficiency.

The focus was on creating a “living” landing page that educates the user through movement and interactive storytelling. Design a high-conversion landing page featuring immersive galleries, 2D animations, and interactive data visualization for the RAV4 Hybrid launch.

Overview

At DelBueno Studio, we focused on “Interaction Design” to make the benefits of hybrid technology tangible and engaging for the local market. By integrating fluid 2D animations that visualize the powertrain and modular specification cards that simplify complex data, the design captures the vehicle’s premium aesthetic while prioritizing clarity. The highlight of the experience is an interactive consumption map that allows drivers to calculate real world fuel savings on local routes, transforming abstract efficiency metrics into a persuasive, data backed narrative that drives high intent leads.

Challenges

Automotive buyers in Uruguay are increasingly conscious of efficiency, but they still prioritize the premium feel of an SUV.

  • The Information Load: Car specifications are often dense and unappealing. The challenge was to present technical hybrid data in a way that feels modern and easy to digest.

  • Visual Storytelling: Static images don’t capture the fluid nature of a hybrid engine. We needed a way to visualize the transition between electric and petrol power.

  • Geographic Relevance: Creating a tool that makes the abstract concept of “fuel efficiency” tangible for a local driver.
